Thomas R. Kershner 

President

Tom is the firm's President and was a founder of Kershner, Grosso & Co. in 1979. Tom has more than 30 years of investment experience. He heads the firms Trust department, is the Senior Trust Officier, serves as the firms principal liasion with clients,and leads the firm's client development and estate planning services. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hudson Headwaters Health Foundation.  Tom holds Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from Harvard University.

Christopher G. Grosso

Partner

Chris joined Kershner, Grosso & Co. in 1989. Chris is the firm’s Senior Portfolio Manager and is responsible for equity and fixed income research, selection, and the trading for client accounts. He is also the firms Chief Compliance Officer. Chris holds a BA degree in Business from Skidmore College. Since 2003, he has served on the Board of Directors and is the Audit Committee Chair of publicly traded International Isotopes. He is also on the Board of the Hawley Foundation for Children, a non-profit foundation serving children in need in Saratoga County.

Susan M. Bartscherer

Director of Administration

Susan joined Kershner, Grosso & Co. in 2012 after a career in government policy and regulation. She oversees client services, the firm's administrative functions, and project management. Susan is a graduate of Skidmore College, holds a bachelor's in Environmental Science, and has enjoyed volunteering with local non-profits.

Vicki L. Bush

Paralegal & Administrative Assistant

Vicki joined Kershner, Grosso & Co. in 2015 and has 9 years of experience in the legal administration of trusts and estate planning.  She assists Susan with new client investment, Retirement Plan, and Trust accounts and also serves as a client interface taking care of the day to day needs of the clients. Vicki is a New York State Notary Public.
